Description
The Incident Manager must capture and assess the measurements related to Incident Management on a periodic basis. The measurements help us to understand the performance of incidents, over a period of time to identify improvement opportunities. Different type of measurements captured, reporting frequency, the stake holders to whom the report needs to be sent, etc. must be agreed and documented in the Incident Management Procedures.
